Share Classes:

The Westport Fund and the Westport Select Cap Fund have two classes of shares: Class R shares and Class I shares. Each Class R and Class I shares of a fund represents identical interest in the Fund's assets and has the same rights. However, Class I shares are expected to have lower operating expenses over time due to a shareholder services plan adopted with respect to Class R shares, and other class specific expenses borne solely by the class to which such expenses are attributable.

The Funds expense ratios were taken from the most recent prospectus dated May 1, 2008 and usually are updated only annually.

* "Total Annual Fund Operating Expenses" include shareholder servicing fees. During the fiscal year ended December 31, 2007, the Class R shares of the Westport Fund and the Westport Select Cap Fund paid shareholder servicing fees equal to 0.08% and 0.13% respectively. "Total Annual Fund Operating Expenses" in fiscal 2008 may be more or less than the amount paid in fiscal 2007. Westport Advisers, LLC has also contractually agreed to waive a portion of its advisory fees and/or assume certain expenses so that "Total Annual Fund Operating Expenses" do not exceed 1.50% for any class.
